At American Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cartographic decor. If your map or wall art doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your map and place it back into its original protective shipping tube to prevent any creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
